AmunRa Privacy Policy
AmunRa is operated by Rabidi N.V. (company number 151791), a company registered in Curaçao and licensed by the Curacao Gaming Authority under licence OGL/2023/103/0067. This page describes the personal data we collect from players, the purposes for which we use it, and the rights available to you. As AmunRa does not accept players from Australia, this policy is governed by Rabidi N.V.’s own data-handling commitments and applicable Curaçao data processing obligations rather than Australian privacy legislation.
What information we collect
We collect personal data across several categories depending on how you interact with the site. Account registration data includes your name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. KYC verification documents include a government-issued identity document (passport, driver’s licence, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or rental agreement), and proof of payment-method ownership. We also collect gameplay data such as deposit and withdrawal amounts, bet history, session times, and game selections. Device and network data, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers, is recorded automatically when you access the site. Cookies and similar technologies are used for site functionality and analytics, as described in our Cookie Notice.
How we use your information
We use personal data to provide the service: creating and maintaining your account, processing deposits and withdrawals, and enabling gameplay. We process identity, age, and address data to meet our KYC obligations and to conduct anti-money laundering checks aligned with the 5th AML Directive, including Customer Due Diligence at applicable thresholds. Transaction and session data is used for fraud prevention, security monitoring, and withdrawal audits. Where you have opted in, we use your contact details to send marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time.
Who we share data with
We share personal data with licensed payment processors to handle deposits and withdrawals, and with third-party identity verification providers, credit reference agencies, and fraud-prevention software suppliers to complete KYC checks. Data is disclosed to the Curacao Gaming Authority and to law enforcement or regulatory bodies when we are legally required to do so. We may also share data with affiliated companies within the Rabidi N.V. platform where this is necessary to operate the service.
Data retention
We retain account and transaction records for a minimum of five years following account closure, in line with our AML obligations. KYC documents and related verification records are held for the same minimum period. Certain data may be retained for longer where an ongoing investigation, dispute, or legal obligation requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data. You can request erasure of your data where no legal retention obligation applies. You have the right to restrict or object to certain processing activities. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
